As the connectors, the movers, the carriers, and the pulse of our industry, we know that leadership matters. And to succeed in the marketplace, you must first succeed in the workplace – so it is essential that leaders create a culture that assures success. But leadership isn’t defined by a person’s title, the size of their office, or the letters behind their name. Leaders are defined by their attitude, their actions, and their impact. True – authentic - leaders make a difference, not through their position but through their presence. There’s a difference between a boss and a leader. Bosses might get the job done, but leaders build the culture by making connections and inspiring the right people. They also know that the key to creating a high-performing company is to inspire trust, engagement, and accountability through psychological safety. If people don’t feel safe to be who they are, to ask for help, to be honest and tell the truth, or to make mistakes, they simply won’t invest, participate fully, or be their best.
· Discover the true source of leadership power – your authentic presence – and how to connect more deeply with it.
· Understand why psychological safety is as important as physical safety and how it forms the foundation of trust, engagement, and accountability.
· Be inspired with practical ideas to understand and create psychological safety.
· Lead with practical tools to better yourself so you can be a better leader – in all areas of your life.
