What is included with a full conference Delegate registration?

Conference registration includes access to the welcome reception and conference tradeshow April 8, all conference sessions Wednesday April 9 and Thursday April 10, Awards Dinner Cocktail hour and Awards Dinner April 9. Breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments are included on Wednesday April 9, and Thursday April 10.

I just registered, what do I do now?

A confirmation email will be sent to you at the email you used to register during the registration process. Please check your junk/spam/promotion folders, as they can be filtered there. Additional information will be sent closer to the conference.

Awards Dinner Celebration

The Awards Dinner is an evening to recognize and celebrate the recipients of the 2024 AMTA Awards. Learn more about these awards here.This event will be held on Wednesday, April 9, at the River Cree Resort in Edmonton, Alberta and is included within your full conference registration. Should you wish to bring a guest, additional award dinner tickets are available for $180.00/person. The awards dinner ticket includes the Awards Dinner Cocktail hour, one (1) dinner, awards ceremony, and evening entertainment with DJ Swell.

Will I get a room at the River Cree?

AMTA has secured discounted room rates at the River Cree Resort. Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own rooms, discount rates are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Call 1-844-425-2733 (24/7), or book on-line here.

I can no longer attend; can I make a substitution?

To make a substitution, notice of substitution must be made in writing to events@amta.ca on or before Tuesday April 1, 2025.

Refund Deadline

Refunds will be issued until Tuesday, April 1, 2025. No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2025.
